1. Personal Information

During registration or while using the Site, RG may collect personal details including (but not limited to):
Your full name, alternative email address, mobile number, mailing address, postal code, demographic profile (age, gender, occupation, education, etc.) as well as browsing details such as pages visited, links clicked, frequency of visits, and related data.

2. Eligibility

• Services are available only in specific locations in India.

• Individuals legally incapable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including minors under 13 years and un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible to use this Site.

• Users aged 13–18 may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

• Minors cannot purchase restricted/adult-use products.

3. License & Site Access

5. Pricing

• All products are sold at MRP unless otherwise specified.

• The price at the time of checkout will be the final price charged on delivery.

• For products with fluctuating prices (perishables, fresh items), no additional charges or refunds will be processed if prices change between order and delivery date.

6. Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel orders before the cut-off time of their selected delivery slot via customer service. Prepaid amounts, if any, will be refunded.

• RG reserves the right to cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

7. Return & Refund

If you are unsatisfied with a product’s quality or freshness, you may return it at the time of delivery for a credit note equal to the returned product’s value. This credit can be used against future purchases.

8. Customer Obligations

You agree:

• To provide accurate information; any redelivery costs caused by incorrect details will be borne by you.

• To use the Site for lawful purposes only.

• That RG may verify your details; false information may result in termination of account access.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, obscene, or infringing content.

• Disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.

10. Colours

Product images and colours on the Site are displayed as accurately as possible, but your device display may cause variations.

14. Copyright & Trademark

Food & Beverage Services Terms

1. Orders & Delivery

• The Site allows you to order food and beverages (“F&B Products”) from third-party service providers (“F&B Providers”).

• RG will deliver products in the form received from the provider without alteration. RG makes no warranties regarding quality, ingredients, or packaging and holds no ownership over F&B Products.

2. Advertising

Promotional materials from F&B Providers may be displayed on the Site. Responsibility for compliance with applicable laws lies solely with the provider.

3. Invoicing

• For pre-packaged goods: Invoice provided by the F&B Provider.

• For freshly prepared items: Invoice issued by RG on behalf of the provider.

• For platform or delivery charges: Invoice issued directly by RG.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

These follow the Cancellation/Return Policy available on the Site and form part of these Terms.
